Youth
Ministry T-Shirts:
We are looking for some creative minds to design a new
Nativity Youth Ministry t-shirt. This t-shirt will be
available to all the youth in the parish and will be worn to
represent our parish when we travel to events in the
community. Sketch out your ideas and turn them in to
Jennifer Chellberg.
Mission
Trip Meeting:
All
2008 CHWC Mission Trip participants and chaperones are
reminded that our next meeting will be Sunday June 22nd at
10:15am in the Youth Room. Don't forget to bring any t-shirt ideas to this meeting.
Middle School Fun Wednesday:
All Middle School students are invited to mark your calendars for Wed. July 2nd from 7-8:30pm for our July Middle School Fun Wednesday!!
High School Service Opportunity:
Any high school students who are interested in doing some community service this summer are invited to mark your calendars for the week of July 12-19th. We will be serving as the Host Youth Group for the Orlando Workcamp at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School in Orlando. We will need volunteers each day to help with things such as setting up classrooms, preparing meals, organizing tools and supplies, and assisting the Workcamp team members in any way that we can. Watch for more details about signing up for volunteer shifts in the weeks to come.
Stamps Needed:
Youth Ministry is again asking for donations of books
of stamps for our birthday card ministry. We use the stamps
to send over 950 birthday cards each year to all of the
middle school and high school students in the parish!
Stamps can be dropped off at the Parish Office or given to
Jennifer Chellberg during RE or at any Youth Ministry
activity.
Donate Your Old Cell Phones!:
Do you have an old cell phone sitting in your closet, and you don’t know what to
do with it? Donate it to the Nativity Youth Ministry, and it will be
recycled to raise money towards supporting the youth preparing for their summer
mission trip. Cell phones can be dropped off with Jennifer Chellberg at
the Parish Office, or brought to any youth ministry activity.

Middle School Youth
Ministry for Grades 6-8
Each month, middle school students are invited to various
activities at the parish. We gather in the Youth Room to play games, have a party, work on a service project,
or just have some fun together! Other times, we travel for events such as ice-skating, bowling, or a service project.
Middle School Fun Nights usually take place on the 1st Wednesday of the month from 7:00 - 8:30 PM in the Nativity Youth
Room. Friends are always welcome. Watch the bulletin for more details!
High School Youth
Ministry for Grades 9-12
High School students are invited to join us throughout the year for many exciting events focused on building
community, having fun, and growing in our faith. Activities include events such as social gatherings at the
Parish; trips to concerts, comedy shows, and sporting events; presentations for the Parish, such as the Living Nativity
and Living Stations of the Cross; and various other activities. This is a great time to spend time with your
friends at church and to make new friends!
